Quality and Testing

Every lot we sell is independently tested before it goes on sale, and every vial carries what you need to verify that testing yourself. Here's exactly how that works.

1. From batch to lot

A batch is a quantity of material made or processed together. When it arrives, we organize it into lots — traceable groups of finished vials, each identified by its own lot number. That lot number is what ties a specific vial back to its testing record.

2. Independent third-party testing

A randomly selected vial from each product variant in every lot is sent to an independent, ISO 17025 accredited laboratory for reversed-phase HPLC purity and quantitation testing. A lot must pass with ≥ 98% purity before any vial from it can be sold on our website. Lots that don't pass are not sold.

3. The Certificate of Analysis (COA)

The lab's report for each lot is published as a Certificate of Analysis — the document that verifies the identity, quality, and purity of that specific lot. Every COA carries a code you can independently check on the lab's own site at ils-lab.com/verify, so you're never relying on our word alone that a report is genuine.

4. The vial, the lot number, and the QR code

Every vial we ship is labeled with its product, specification, and lot number, plus a QR code. Scan the code, or enter the lot number directly, on our own COA lookup page to pull up that lot's actual report — before you ever open the vial.

5. What we look for

Testing checks two things: that the material is what the label says it is (identity), and how much of it is actually there relative to the labeled amount (purity/quantitation), scored against our ≥ 98% purity standard. A lot that doesn't meet that standard doesn't reach the storefront.
