Research Use Only. Products sold or to be sold by Jarp Bio LLC are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They are not for human or animal consumption, and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or any in-vivo use. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jarp Bio LLC website ("Site") or purchasing any product from Jarp Bio LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Research Use Only

All products are sold exclusively for laboratory research purposes. By purchasing, you represent that:

  • You are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution with the expertise to safely handle research chemicals;
  • You will not administer, ingest, inject, or otherwise introduce any product into a human or animal body;
  • You will not resell, distribute, or represent products as suitable for human/animal consumption, diagnostic, cosmetic, or therapeutic use;
  • You will handle, store, and dispose of all products in compliance with applicable laws and standard laboratory safety practices.

4. Product Testing & Accuracy

We intend to provide independent third-party testing (Certificate of Analysis) for each product batch. While we work to ensure accuracy, Certificates of Analysis reflect the specific batch tested and are provided "as is." It is your responsibility to conduct your own testing and due diligence appropriate to your research use.

5. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. Jarp Bio LLC does not provide dosing, administration, or health guidance of any kind.

6. Accounts

You may be required to create an account before completing a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

7. Orders, Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected misuse, resale, or violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jarp Bio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased through this Site. Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond what is required by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jarp Bio LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of any product, including any use inconsistent with the Research Use Only designation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
