Jarp Bio LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through jarpbio.com (the "Site") and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, and password (managed securely via our authentication provider) when you create an account.
  • Order information: the contact and shipping details, items, payment method, and order history needed to process an order.
  • Contact form submissions: name, email, and message content you submit to us.
  • First-party analytics: random visitor and browsing-session identifiers, pages and limited storefront events, basic browser/operating-system/device classification, and (when provided by our hosting service) coarse country, region, and metro information.
  • Campaign and referral information: the first landing path, referrer host, a referral or affiliate code, and limited campaign parameters or ad click IDs (such as UTM parameters, Google click IDs, or Meta click IDs) included in a link you use to reach the Site.
  • Age verification: a simple confirmation that you are 21 years or older, stored as a cookie on your device. We do not collect or store government ID or date of birth for this check.

Our first-party analytics records do not retain raw IP addresses, complete browser user-agent strings, full referrer URLs, or full query strings.

2. How We Use Information

  • To create and manage your account
  • To process and fulfill orders
  • To respond to inquiries submitted through our Contact page
  • To maintain the security and integrity of the Site
  • To understand aggregate storefront activity, improve the Site, and measure the effectiveness of our own campaigns and affiliate referrals
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Payment Information

We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Card and other hosted payment methods are handled by their respective third-party payment processors.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies. They include an age-confirmation cookie, so you are not asked to confirm you are 21+ on every visit, and the following analytics and attribution cookies:

  • jb_vid: a random visitor identifier that expires after 30 days.
  • jb_sid: a browsing-session identifier that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
  • jb_ad_attribution: the first landing path, referrer host, and limited campaign or referral data, which expires after 30 days.

We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, or a server-to-server advertising conversion API. If that changes, we will update this Policy before the service is enabled, provide any notice or consent required by applicable law, and describe available opt-out choices.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site (e.g., cloud hosting, authentication, shipping carriers, payment processors), and as required by law.

We do not currently send our first-party analytics records or campaign click IDs to Meta, Google, or another advertising platform.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption for data transmitted to and from the Site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Health Information

This Site does not collect, track, or process health information, medical information, or Protected Health Information (PHI). The only information we collect is described in Section 1 above.

8. Data Retention

We retain pseudonymous first-party analytics and attribution records for 30 days, then delete them. We retain account and order records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Site, fulfill orders, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

9. Your Choices

You may set your browser to remove or block cookies. Doing so may require you to repeat age verification and may limit some Site features. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@jarpbio.com.

10. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed to individuals under 21, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
